Hey I drew a female!! Well, Olive Oyl is technically a female. 
Look at the illustration this way: It combines 2 Popeye characters in 2 VERY different styles. Olive is drawn as she appeared around the 1930's to early 1940's.
Bluto is my interpritation of how he might look as modern day bodybuilder.
I could'nt quite force myself to draw Popeye, since he has such a bizarre physique. Of course Olive is kinda freakishly thin.
And Bluto is freakishly huge.
